I recently had two visits from the team over at ClimateMax and it was a dream. The relationship started with Carmen reaching out to me and setting up the service appointment. Her communication skills are the best in the game. She listened to my concerns and properly communicated the messages to the appropriate people. She was always on top of making sure I knew what was going on, updating me every step of the way. Also, as the voice of the company, she's so friendly and pleasant!

Next up is my service technician, Tommy! Aside from seeming very knowledgeable and proficient in his field, he was kind and respectful when entering my home. You could tell he really cared about making I was comfortable with him being in the house and understood everything that was going on. He made sure to explain everything in terms I could understand as well as answering any and all questions I had. I was already impressed with him, but this was my favorite part:

On Tommy's second visit, I wasn't present and instead had a female in the home. Tommy treated her and spoke to her in the exact same manner he did me. He won HUGE points from me for not treating her differently because she's a female- always something that I worry about in the service industry.

This company really treated me well and am confident that they have resolved my issues, as well as have my back in the future, just in case! HVAC problems are always stressful, but Carmen and Tommy really went out of their way to make this easy for me. I will recommend ClimateMax to anyone and everyone I possible can. Tim did not give us good news. It was the death of our AC system and we knew it. What he did give us was honest answers, quick service, affordable prices and a repairman we could trust. What he gave us was something you cannot buy... piece of mind. And that is priceless.

Tim is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and prompt. He made sure we understood what we had and were getting. They installed a completely new HVAC system, duct work, and a zone kit for a great price and it's sent the energy efficiency and comfort of our home through the roof. I've never had electric costs so low.

I cannot say enough about the service we received from Timmy. We called him late in the day and he was there by 8 am the next morning. He went above and beyond our needs and didn't charge us an arm and a leg to do it. A++ We highly recommend him for all your heating/cooling needs!!

These guys have won my business. After being told by a competitor in town that my system was dead, needed a thousand dollar fan for the outdoor unit, probably a compressor & I was better off just buying a new unit, I began gathering quotes. Found out about these guys from a friend & decided to give them a shot. Turns out I only needed coils cleaned & that there wasn't anything wrong with my fan motor. Needless to say they could have ran with what I was told previously & just quoted a new system but Tim did his job & had my AC back up & running same day. His honesty has earned a customer for life.
